When you talk about weddings with people, many would say that their favorite moment is seeing the grooms face as the bride comes down the aisle. I used to say that too. Lately, however, I have come to love a different moment enough to label it “my favorite.” That moment. That moment when the a calm settles over the venue, everyone is place and ready to begin the ceremony. They are waiting on their cue, a quiet anticipation erupts, and this happens.
Anticipation, wonder, excitement, laughter, joy, a sigh. A moment to savor the day, and then- it’s happening!
This has become my favorite moment. I am so honored that so many brides choose me, not just to capture their day, but to be with them in this moment. It is truly a blessing.
