Our last wedding of 2016 was quite a fun (and cold) one! The families and church family pulled us in as if we were theirs and everyone was there to celebrate this covenant between Jack and Kayla!

Kayla is as sweet and kind as can be, in fact I have never heard her even say a negative word of any kind. She exudes joy and laughs easy, quickly lighting up any room she enters.

Jack is a southern gentleman, opening doors for ladies and making sure they always go first. He is quiet but kind and likes to sit back and listen-and you should see his eyes light up when he sees Kayla!

This guest “book” idea was beyond precious! Quilt squares to make a quilt filled with love from family and friends!

Jack and Kayla’s story stands out to me for so many reasons. The honor, love, friendships, hospitality, friendliness, joy, and the fact that what the couple wanted most for their wedding was for Holy Spirit to show up-and it happened! This made for one stunning, beautiful, and moving wedding that we were blessed to be a part of!

It was no wonder to me after meeting these two, that so many people were begging to help out with their wedding and to be in attendance. After the ceremony at The Lift Church we did a few photos then headed to the Sevierville Civic Center for the wedding reception.

According to Kayla family and friends did everything, we got to witness this after the wedding when the tribe went straight to work tearing down and cleaning up-without being asked (at least that I am aware of).

We were honored to be asked to be part of this very special day and I loved getting to know this beautiful couple and their loved ones!
