I find myself more and more busy as each day passes. I have fallen into the habit of ignoring non-harmful bad behaviors so that I can finish tasks. The most common behavior that I “miss” is coloring, coloring on walls that is. Why is it more enjoyable for a toddler to color on walls than a giant slab of papers? I have not figured this out, but it is clearly as enjoyable as painting oneself head to toe, which happens to be Addie’s favorite pass-time. Fortunately I learned long a go that for any art supply to enter this house it must be washable and non-toxic. I also learned that washable really means “some colors might be washable” which is why I own stock in Magic Erasers.
